Introduction to the parameters and characteristics of electric ball valves

Electric ceramic ball valve/electric ball valve/electric valve is assembled by two parts: three-stage ceramic ball valve and intelligent adjustment electric actuator. The ball center of the ball valve is all ceramic, and the flow channel is fully lined with wear-resistant ceramic. (its hardness HRA88 or more, second only to diamond) has wear resistance, oxidation resistance and erosion resistance. The stem is finely ground, the surface is treated with anti-corrosion nitriding or quenching, and the built-in cushioning compensation elastic gasket ensures stable and good sealing performance. Especially suitable for polysilicon, magnesium powder, lime, powder, granule media. The working principle of the electric ceramic ball valve is to accept (4~20mA) industrial signals and drive the actuator with a power supply voltage of 220V or 380V to rotate the stem ball center (0-90°) rotation to complete the switch and adjustment.

First, ceramic electric ball valve parameters:

General model: Q941TC VQ947TC VQ941TC

Nominal warp: DN20mm~DN400mm

Pressure range: 1.0MPa~6.4MPa

Applicable medium: polysilicon, magnesium powder, lime, powder

Operating temperature: -29 °C ~ 250 °C

Structural form: floating type, fixed type

Connection type: flange connection

Drive mode: intelligent electric actuator

Second, the characteristics of ceramic electric ball valve:

1. The spherical center and runner are structural ceramic materials, and the hardness (Rockwell hardness HRA88), second only to diamond. The ball center has high precision, and after studying with the valve seat, the electric ball valve has good sealing performance by using the self-lubricating of the ceramic.

2. Completely changed the shortcomings of metal hard seal ball valve easy leakage, large torque and non-corrosion resistance of sealing surface. Ceramics have good wear resistance, high reliability and long service life, which is 2-4 times that of titanium alloy valves and Monel valves.
