Production | Machining procedure

This is our horizontal CNC machining procedure.

Each product, its the middle port, end face and sealing groove need to be processed by CNC, which are very important positions. The precise processing will ensure a good effect, which is the guarantee of the functionality of our fourth-generation patented ball valves.

CNC as modern precision equipment, first of all, its own performance is good, but also needs workers with professional knowledge, skilled operation, and careful maintenance.

We will continue regular training and maintenance to keep the worker and machine in top condition.
