This is our machining center, mainly used for the processing of large size valves.

A machining center is a CNC machine with a tool library, with the function of automatic tool change, the workpiece after clamping for multi-process processing.

The machining center is a high mechanical and electrical integration product. After workpiece clamping, the CNC system can control the machine according to different procedures to automatically choose & replace the tool, proof the tool, change the spindle speed & feed, etc., and continue to complete drilling, boring, milling, reaming, tapping and so on.

Thus this greatly reduces the workpiece clamping time, auxiliary process time such as measurements, and machine adjustment. It has a good economic effect on the parts with complex shapes, high precision, and frequent variety replacement.
